A several days before. I'm looking for information on the Hopkins 90182 2x4basics Picnic Table Kit, Sand (Frames Only), so i would like to describe here.
We opted for the construction of 8 ' table using 2X4s, wood in this case. But even the legs are made of resin and relatively light, in combo with the wood makes for a heavy table and bench set. the advantage is that it is solid, unlike some of the lightweight portable tables deals. as with other reviewers, found that reinforcement was needed for sections of the center of the table and benches. This doubled the time required to complete because the supports needed to be cut to fit each piece individually. I suspect the ' 4 ' 6 and would not need support, but you will lose some usefulness in terms of seats. Incidentally, this was my 2° order on this, the 1° having come away a table leg. I thought I had received another product deficient when tallying the hardware, only to find that the screws ' missing ' were located in a hollow leg, while bench screws were loose plastic bags into container ships.
